How to Join the Program

2. Initial review and contact: Our sales team will review your application within a few days. If your profile aligns, we’ll contact you by email or phone for a quick call to understand your needs (interested products, projected volumes) and explain our terms.
3. Account approval: After this exchange, if everything is in order, we will approve your reseller status. You’ll receive a partnership agreement outlining key terms (discount rate, payment conditions) to sign electronically. Once confirmed, your Nilvora reseller account will be activated on nilvora.com, giving you access to wholesale pricing.
4. First order: Your account will be tagged with your reseller status. You can place your first order directly on our website or via a purchase order through our sales team. We offer a welcome discount—e.g., €100 off your first order over €500 (excluding VAT). You may also receive a starter kit (catalogs, samples) with your first shipment.
5. Ongoing support and growth: You’ll be added to our professional mailing list for updates (new collections, exclusive offers). Your account manager remains available, and we’ll regularly check in to help boost your Nilvora sales.

Key Commercial Terms
Reseller discounts: Base discount of X% off the public VAT-excluded price for each product (varies by category—detailed rate chart provided upon approval). Discounts apply automatically via your reseller account. Additional discounts may apply based on volume tiers or promotional campaigns.
Suggested retail pricing: We provide a suggested retail price for each product. You're free to set your own pricing, but we ask that you respect fair trade rules (no predatory pricing or excessive markups). Staying close to suggested prices helps preserve the brand image and ensures fair competition.
Order delivery: Logistics details are agreed upon during onboarding. Generally, reseller orders are shipped from our central warehouse in one batch using a suitable carrier. Free shipping may apply over a certain order amount (e.g., free shipping for orders over €300). Otherwise, shipping is billed at cost or a negotiated flat rate. Average lead time is 3–7 business days.
Payment terms: Unless otherwise agreed (e.g., net 30 for trusted partners), first orders are payable upfront (credit card or bank transfer). Later, credit terms may be extended based on our partnership. Overdue payments may suspend pending orders.
